I'm starting something fun this week. For years I've seen some pretty bad pictures taken by Realtors from across the country. Photography has always been a passion of mine and I'm still amazed that some of these photos make it to the Internet. Now to be fair to my fellow real estate professionals it's not always our fault, sometime we can't control how prepared our sellers are when it comes to doing those small things to get the home ready to sell. Little things like empty the ashtray, pick up the prize that Fido left in the corner and NO... potential buyers are not interested in the color of your under garments left at the foot of your bed.
